Other Fees
If within a period of Four Months of the termination of this contract the Client shall employ or engage (whether directly or indirectly and without the written consent of the Company) the service of the individual and/or contractor introduced via ASA CAD Services herein on the said service shall be made available to the Client otherwise than by the Company then the Client shall pay for the Company any introduction fee based upon the following scale:-
The Company’s Basic Recruitment Fee is (before V.A.T) :
Less than £10.000 p.a :15% or
£10.000 p.a and above : 20%
Value Added Tax
The rate and all other fees mentioned here in are exclusive of Value Added Tax.
Service
ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services shall not be liable to the Client in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost of expense incurred by the Client or arising otherwise in connection with any act, omission or neglect on part of ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services in executing work, nor will ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services be responsible for time keeping or absenteeism, due to illness or other causes not within its reasonable control. ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services will be solely responsible for the payment of all fees/salaried to the individual and /or contractor.
Individual and /or contractor sub contracted to ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services confirm they hold the neccesary software and licence agreements in order to carry out commercial project for and on behalf of the clients of ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services, ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services does not accept any liablity in any form for non compliant individual and /or contractor that undertake commercial project for and on behalf of the clients of ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services,
Payment Of Fees
ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services will be solely responsible for the payment of fees and expenses to the individual. The Company will submit invoices on a weekly basis for the fees (calculated at the Rate) and expenses payable by the Client in respect of the ASA Recruitment Limited's services. In order to assist ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services in preparing such invoices the Client will supply ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services with such written information as ASA Recruitment Limited T/A ASA CAD Services may from time to time request relating to work performed. All invoices rendered by the Company must be settled within Fourteen Days. Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. In case of failure to comply with this payment condition we reserve the right to add 5% surcharge on each total monthly amount, and also to increase the hourly charge for any further or continuing works under this Agreement following seven days clear notice to this effect in writing. Continuation with the order after expiry of this advise period shall be deemed to be acceptance on the part of the Client of these advised.
